- I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years. During this time my qualifications and industry involvement has incorporated casual fitness employment through to management of fitness facilities including portfolios in gym, group exercise, aqua and personal training. I run my own personal training business and am passionate about helping clients with injuries or disabilities.I promote a service which fuses fitness, with holistic well being and empowers clients to be at their best. I also work as a fitness consultant / presenter, nutrition adviser and have lectured in Certificate III + IV Fitness, and Sport Development for 9 years. I was awarded Western Australia Fitness Professional of the Year in 2005; and Australian Fitness Professional of the Year in 2006. Recently in April 2014, I was awarded Fitness Network Lifetime Achievement Award for my contribution to the Fitness Industry. In spare time, I love to spend it with my family and pets.
